Statistics & Data Science Coursework

These are two final project papers I completed during my sophomore year of college, for STAT 292 (Inferential Statistics) and DASC 201 (Intro to Data Science).

For my intro to data science project, I designed and ran an experiment on The Islands — a virtual population platform used for teaching statistics and research methods. I recruited 40 virtual subjects, assigned them to different running training plans, and measured whether the training affected their aerobic fitness. The results were surprising and not what I expected based on my own experience as a collegiate runner.
